Manny, TO, and more

The Dodgers finally resigned Manny Ramirez to a two year $45 million contract. He has a clause in the contract that says he can opt out after the first season.

The Bills signed Terrell Owens to a one year contract worth $6.5 million.

The Twins signed Scott Baker to a four year contract extension worth $15.25 million.

The Cowboys signed Igor Olshansky to a four year $18 million contract ($8 million in guarantees).

The Packers signed Anthony Smith. Terms were undisclosed.

The Eagles signed Sean Jones to a one year contract worth $3 million.

The Seahawks signed Ray Willis to a two year contact.

The Steelers resigned Andre Frazier to a two year contract worth $1.375 million.

The Browns cut Joe Jurevicius.
